Anyone buy CC from or have repairs done at Transwest?
I am looking at buying a 2008 Affinity sold to current owner by Transwest. Transwest did a lot of repair work on this coach. Wondering hoe good Transwest is working on CC's? One issue was an ABS sensor took a lot of hours to access and repair.

ABS sensor shouldn't take much time to repair.

Transwest in Denver are the people that totally misrepresented the condition of a motorhome we were interested in. Booked flights to Denver for my wife and I and got there and they didn't want us seeing the coach. Wanted us to go to lunch. Told them no and wanted to see it now. It was in the shop area and was total junk. The sales guy I had been dealing with wasn't even there. Had to go to the manager to get our 2k deposit back and a trip back to the airport. I obviously have nothing good to say about them.

Newer CC's are no more prone to breakdowns than any other rig. The one caveat to that is the ISX 650 if not rebuilt using parts made after Sept 2016. At that time they came out with a new head design, valves, liners and pistons along with programming.
Yes my rig has areas my 5 cats can get into. I count noses before moving slides plus none of mine hide from me for very long.
There are good shops and bad, luckily I live 126 miles from Junction City so service, while not local, is close by. Plus Eric Olstrom is in AZ and FL has some. Midwest might be a problem though!

Happened to read this, which answered some of the questions from OP. Reading this might help you decide whether you should go Transwest for services down the road....

If it has the ISX make sure you read this:

If the head has not been replaced its a time bomb.

I have had some experience with Transwest on I-25 north of Denver. I would not touch them with someone else's 10 foot pole.[emoji107]
