No doubt, no doubt. Like many we had opportunities to own one. And I'm sure there were better candidates along the way. But...we set the parameters and the bounderies, the "Rules." Everybody has their "Rules" we are no different. I'm a RV Class A Motorhome Fanatic, not a Country Coach fanatic, it's definitely a great coach, but not the "Greatest" coach and it has competitors to chose from, Thank God. So applying our "Rule" has never ever been a problem, We are Very very happy with our choice. Also we don't like to be turned away from ANY MoHo park whatsoever for any Reason whatsoever, and yes there are MoHo parks that apply the 10 yr rule.

I'm going to be very sad... and angry... if I get turned away.

My coach looks just like any that are rolling off the floor today - with perfect full body paint, etc.

Thankfully, most parks let you send a photo. I get the "looks" thing... but I don't get parks that simply tie it to age.

There are a few, very few 2010's. My '09 is #6999, the highest # I've seen us 7032. Those are the Magna and Affinity production #'s only.
