Basement lights not working

Hello all

I have just purchased a 2007 Country coach infinity 530 and the basement lights will not work. The breakers are okay, and the plug in works down there.
Any help would be great.

First off, Welcome to IRV2!

Look around in the cockpit area for a basement or cargo light switch. Most manufacturers have a master switch for all of the basement lights.

Any other 12v systems or lights not working?
Is your salesman switch in the off position? Should be on as it activates the 12v power

Oh and

Everything else in the coach is working, just seems to be the basement lights.

You mentioned breakers, but this is 12v so would be a 12v fuse if blown. In my coach some are in the compartment under the drives seat, and some are in the inverter/electric bay.

Welcome. I see another Albertan - I am in Calgary.

Your 530 intrique should have cargo lights on the domestic fuse box - inside coach probably near hallway. My Allure is wire 413. Confirm 12V power at the fuse box. Then confirm ground on lights - I have not looked at mine but they may be individually grounded.

Welcome. Did you buy the 45í Jubilee from the guy south of Calgary? It was a custom paint with blue.

Thanks, I found the master switch for them as they are tied in with the light above the door.
Yes I bought it from the guy south of Calgary. Been great so far, but still learning things.

Had the same issue on our ‘09 Magna. Turned out to be a bad ground connection.

Do you have power to the lights? If not then check their source including a switch as other recommended.
If you have power to the light then the light or light bulb is bad.
