I have six Duracell 6V golf cart batteries for my house and two 8D Lifelines for my chassis. As long as you have flooded inbatteries with caps it doesn't matter as far as the Flow-Rite system is concerned.

BirdHunter,

Just received a reply from Flo-Rite

They do not have a watering system for 4D or 8D batteries

And suggested I get in touch with these folks:

Jan Watercraft Products
616-822-7587
https://www.janwp.com/

Back to the drawing board

OMG they think a lot of their watering systems!

Must be someone else>>>>

doing more research

Sorry about that! It's been so long since I had flooded 8D batteries I didn't know they had different caps than 6 volt Trojan type batteries.
