CC Concept 4-Sale

Found this coach on RVT; briefly talked to seller. Represented as a one-owner coach with 70,000 miles, all systems working. Anyone on this forum have any general input on the Concept model? Common issues/problems, etc., that a buyer would want to look into thoroughly?

IIRC that is a prevost chassis. If it is you might get some good info here: Prevost Community Good luck.

Exceptional build quality and incredible bang for the buck. Most importantly, have the engine and transmission thoroughly checked as they are primary cost contributors of your investment by far. Have all the other systems checked out too but those can be addressed as needed. We have an older 36' 1990 Concept and absolutely love it. In fact, I'm typing this message while watching the sunrise in Monterey, CA out the bedroom window of the coach. We came down just for the weekend.

I don't know if the one you're looking at has slides but ours does not and we specifically did not want slides. If the mechanicals check out I say go for it. I don't think you can beat the quality and price. Good luck!

Was noticing that as well, we have a concept (older) and 21K rpm only happens on the way off a cliff
Also I do not think the 60 series Detroit is 500hp not not sure, it is a 2 stroke

The Concept was built on a Gillig chassis, although CC may have switched to a Dynomax chassis on the later models. If it has the Gillig chassis, it will have a turning radius of an aircraft carrier! It is definitely not a Prevost chassis. Prevosts come as a complete shell. The DD series 60 is a four-stroke diesel, and motorhome applications had either 470 or 500 HP. Ours has 500.
