Sorry your here with problems .
From your description, I'm thinking this is a wardrobe or closet slide.
Any sign of a removable panel in the floor of the slide ?
Slide drive, brand name mentioned in the manual or visible on the under the bed unit?

The manual should have instructions. From what I've read on other CC slides, your slide is hydraulic, and manually retracting it involves releasing the pressure at the pump in the compartment under the driver, and then using a winch (which should be under the bed) to pull the slide back in. Best of luck!
Thank you to everyone who replied! Here's what I discovered
1. The Manual does not mention bedroom dresser slide. Only the bed side slide mechanism. It's easy...right under the bed.
2. Many "techs" and even Country Coach in Junction City, Oregon do NOT know where this mechanism is located!
3. As mentioned by one of our posters here, the mechanism is on the right side as you face the rear engine compartment door. Easy to reach the brake and release. However, we did not find a manual retraction thingie to use a wrench on. So, we used our tractor (well padded) to push the slide in ever so slowly. Worked great and now it is at the shop.
4. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE THE BEDROOM FLOOR ENGINE COVER TO GET to THIS MECHANISM as most everyone else thought!
