Cleaning Radiator

Is there an easy way to remove or move the air charge cooler to see if the radiator needs to be cleaned?

In a word, No. Search the forum for those that have replaced their CAC and you will get a feeling for the difficulty.

If your chassis is like mine, you could cut a hole in the top of the fan shroud, and use a endoscope to look between the two radiators. I just completed an inspection of mine and here are a few shots. The picture with all the grass poking through and the other one were before washing. The picture with one blade of grass is a after washing the radiators.
