Cooling system maintenance for CAT C12 in 1999 Affinity

I've owned my 1999 Affinity for a year and 4 months and it has had "green" coolant in it since I bought it. In reading the posts I could find available, it seems everyone is using "red" coolant or OAT coolant.
I'm getting ready to do a change out so want to know what is recommended and how to go about the change/flush. I have hydronic heat, a cooling circuit that goes through the water heater and over the road heat up front (that doesn't work very well).

I changed from green to the Delo ELC coolant. I have a C12 in my 2000 Beaver Marquis and have used Delo ELC in C15 and C16. In my opinion can't beat the Chevron product. Even use the Delo 400LE 15-40 oil for years also.

Cat engines do not have wet sleeves to my knowledge. Not the same design requirements in a cat coolant vs the Cummins coolant (SCA to prevent wet sleeve cavitation/pitting).

There still may be advantage to changing out standard EG coolant to OAT.

Mine has the reddish stuff. When you go to CAT to get a bottle to top up it is red. You have the same motor as I do except mine makes a few more HPs. If you a really worried about it just call CAT and ask what coolant you should use. I have the long life stuff so I don't have to check it to make sure I don't get cavitation issues.
