Country Coach gravel guard

The rubber backing to my Country Coach mud flap just fell off in the parking lot. The only thing that needs to be replaced is the black rubber backing that holds the metal flap on. Does anyone know where I can get some (guessing 1/2 thick rubber) mat material. and replace it?

Try a company that sells conveyor belt material. That's where I went when I need to replace mine.

Mine did the same thing when I got it. I had an old pickup bed liner I got at a garage sale that worked well. Removed the CC from the old used white spray pant to outline and paint holes, then took a belt punch for the bolt holes. Now I have rubber left over for about 3 more, looks factory.

Home Depot sells a rubber mat they market for use under exercise equipment. I cut it to size, I had to use 2 pieces from the mat to make it work. The top and bottom metal rails hold all together so well that you cannot tell there is a seam in the middle. Laid old over new to use drill bit thru old to make holes in new skirt. Been 2 years now without issue.

DuraFlap has replacement belting. You can either order it rectangular and cut it your self, or give them the dimensions of what you have for them to cut for you.
The belting is 3/8" thick and double nylon reinforced. Much better than what my coach came with.
