If you're in the Pacific Northwest, I've had really good service from:
North Star Industries
Bremerton, WA.
They handle everything, from transmissions to refrigerators.
They did a great job installing a new cooling unit in my Dometic frig.

Has anyone else left Les Schwab with a "bad taste in their mouth". I've been into them twice and felt like I got screwed both times.
The first time I bought all new tires for the RV and they wouldn't give me any credit for an almost new tire.
The second time, I had two new tires I wanted installed (recall tires from CC). I checked ahead of time to make sure I could get credit for the used tires. I thought I was talking to the manager but I wasn't. No credit was given.

Have you called back and talked to the manager? If the tires are out of date they can't be recaped so there would be no casing credit, if they were on recall you should'nt have to pay except only for portion used ! Good luck but I would call the manager.

I noticed on the County Coach site that they still list Katy Tx. as a Country Coach Site. Country Coach (Jim) sent me to Katy Tx. 600 miles from Pensacola Fl. to get my slide out repaired. Called them and set up the appointment and arrived at the appointed time had the repairs wrote up and went inside the camping world store to wait. Half hour later the service writer comes in and tells me "got bad news for you, we are no longer a Country Coach dealer"
I called Jim at Country Coach on the phone and he said he was sorry, he was not at his desk and the desk he used had them listed and someone had failed to remove them. As I was in Tx. he said he would locate someone that could fix it. That was a month ago and he must still be looking because he has not called me.
Yesterday another Country Coach pulled into
Sugerloaf Key where Iam staying, he told me he is from Houston Tx. had frig. troubles with his new coach and they did the same thing to him a couple weeks ago.
Bottom line I do not trust their site for locations.
Anyway fixed the slide myself and works fine now.
This is not a complaint, I stayed in Tx. and visited several fellow RVers and had good time. Just information for anyone that looks at the listing for Texas.

Yeah I don't understand why they don't keep this info up to date. Bottom line anyone going to a Dealer for warranty work etc. should call and ask in advance if they are still a dealer and handle warranty work. Thanks For the info....Happy RV-ing Ron

Oregon Motorcoach Center in Junction City, Oregon is a new facility with an affiliation with Bob Lee. They are very good to deal with and get the job done quickly and right.

Sad to say but nobody is accepting any CC billable warranty.

CC repairs
I have having trouble finding qualified shops in SoCal, I have a number of serious problems but the most predominate one is overheating. Can anyone recommend a quality shop in SoCal?

Parliament Coach of Clearwater, Florida has done EXCELLENT service work at a very reasonable price on my '99 Magna...
Their real business is Prevost conversions , but they treat me like a millionaire when I pull in in my ol' Magna...
If you need service in the Tampa Bay area, get in touch with them.
