My '09 Magna doesn't that I know of.
Pull the shower valve faceplate off and see if there's a proportioning valve or high temp protection valve that might be clogged.

My coach has a Moen valve in the shower. When I had a problem with the shower only producing cold water I contacted Moen for parts as they warranty their valves with a lifetime warranty. They generally mail the needed parts promptly at no charge or offer a new complete valve at a very reasonable price.

The balancing valve was stuck in the shower valve. Soaked it in CLR and vinegar for 2 days. Moen is sending new balancing valve. Just the balancing valve is 98.00 whole shower valve is 139.00 for the same valve.

You must have talked to the wrong person? There shouldn’t be a charge for replacement parts from the factory for parts for a personal resedance.
