This pdf file is what I use for my 4 cord blinds. The dimensions at the bottom of the drawing may not be the same as your shades.

This is a video I used several years ago when I redid my shades. They have a lot of good instructional videos:

Totally different in a Country coach 48" wide 4 strings and a combination of criss crosses at different areas between day & night and also head and bottom rail. I think i have it but getting dark so need to try again tomorrow. I looked at the video it's great but i don't have the one for country coach which seems to have the spring in the bottom rail go figure. my bad for taking it apart before covid and then looking at it 2.5 years later. Thanks for the video would work for most applications.

3 bar Day/Night in our Magna

This is the pattern for our blinds.

Have followed it with success several times.

Ours has the exactly same pattern as Dean's. I have replaced both sides of it in bedroom, more than twice. Initially I bought the string from Jo Ann Fabrics and soon found out it won't last long. Bought new sets of the factory strings from Amazon and that was proven to be good even to today. With some patience you will get it done.

Some patience is a profound understatement! More like a heavy dose of Xanax.

It has been awhile since I replaced a blind string.

1. Lay the blind expanded onto a flat surface. I used a picnic table.

2. Disassemble the crossbar ends to be able thread the string thru the pattern.

3. Melt the old string to attach it to the new string at a logical spot.

4. Pull the new spring though the pattern using the old string.

5. Adjust the tension at the spring tie off (can be done while installed in the window).

Not quite as simple as the above indicates but the steps might help.
