Dead hwh control

Can't move MY because hwh is dead. The control pad on my 500 heh has no lights. I went to the control box in bay below driver. I checked for power on the yellow wire as instructed in the service manual and it is zero. I have checked all of the fuses in the control box on the first layer board and they are good. I have one led lit on this board labelled LD4.
I would appreciate any help I can get. I have scoured the schematics of the country coach book without success to locate a relay.

If it were me, I'd call HWH tech support and ask for guidance.
