Electrical issue

I just got to a campground, plugged into the campgrounds 50 amp plug. I checked inside my coach and saw my AC In light on and my microwave lights were on so i have power. After setting up everything else, i came into the coach and notice on my monitoring panel my batteries were at 12.15. They are obviously not charging up from the campground 110. My batteries are brand new as well. Any suggestions?

Confirm that the charger is on in the inverter/charger.

Also confirm that the battery disconnect is on.

Don't know which charger/inverter you have but some have breakers on side of the case. Do you have the 110 volt panel circuit breakers for the inverter/charger turned on?

Also, if you were driving just prior to connecting to the campground power you may have a faulty boost solenoid circuit. You should be charging the house batteries while driving and the voltage you report is way to low for having just stopped driving.

It helps when posting to list your coach model and year and your run number.
