Fonts used on Country Coach lettering

All,

Am having some bodywork done and dirt / dust skirt panel replaced

This involves, in our case the need to 'replace' the 'Country Coach Allure 430' lettering on the front slides

Printers have asked if I know the 'font' used by Country Coach when designing the lettering

Appears that same font / lettering was used when laser cutting the dust skirt panel ??

It would be nice to use the 'original' font again, if it can be identified

Anybody any ideas please

Safe travels

With best wishes from the UK

Ian,

If you have "Fast Signs" or equivalent businesses in the UK, they can take a picture of your logo, digitize it for correct style, and cut vinyl letters that will duplicate the originals.

I believe the Country Coach font is Optima. It is in all caps, but both of the C's are slightly stylized. They are a larger height, but they have maintained the font weight (stroke width) of the smaller letters, so they are not simply an enlarged character.
You may have to check different Optima fonts (from different company's) to find the correct stroke width.
The spacing between the characters has also been extend from the font's normal spacing, so you will have to play around to get that correct.

WBO would have this info, but the jerks have decide to close the service center in Junction City and abandon the Country Coach product line. "May the bird of paradise fly up their nose"

Realized that it is a large piece of property, that will sit unused yes/no? Also read that Tesla (Mr. Musk) is looking for places to build cars.

Well, the assumption is that the letters would be very thin material, then might be covered with clear coat. It's a very nice motorhome but we are not talking about the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance
