May be several options here:
Relocate the switch.
Depending on engine, select another "activates exhaust brake" program. My favorite is to program so that the exhaust brake switch is left on all the time. Let off the throttle and you coast. Touch the service brake and the exhaust brake automatically comes on and stays on even if you let off the service brake. Exhaust brake turns off if you just tap the throttle.
No idea what engine you have or if this option is available, but call your engine manufacturer with your engine serial number and ask.
