Hello everyone,

The tech found a torn hose just in front of the tag axel. Removed, replaced and installed. Fixed. Because I was not under with him, I am not entirely sure what hose was replaced. Seems to me it is the valve that regulates pressure between the front and rear tank. I will have it looked at when I return home. Thanks!!

If I remember correctly, a pressure protection valve should have closed, leaving you with about 65psi in your front tank. Your gauge may be out about 15psi.

Pressure protection valve protects your air from loss due to anything but the brakes. If the OP stepped on the brakes both tank gauges can drop below 65 PSI.
