Help on dash blower motor

So I've replaced my compressor, and dryer, got the a.c. charged , now my condensor fan not working, no biggie that looks like an off the shelf item, however I discovered my dash air blows really weak, pretty sure I'm in need of a dash air blower, anyone have insight in tackling this job? I, I've got a 99 Allure , thanks in advance

I am in the same boat. I have a new compressor and just received a new dryer also. Have to install them yet and may have a fan problem too. When I am sitting still the fan seems to blow strong. When driving the fan seems to loose it's power, I have to keep it on hi all the time or it feels like nothing is blowing out until I slow down? Seems weird. What are your fan symptoms? I think you can get to the fan either behind the access panel by passengers feet or from underneath.

There is a resistor mounted right in the middle of the fan box housing, that might be the issue....fan job too about 6 hrs, not including the time at the parts house trying to find a match as the part number I had was obsolete, found one very close, got it all together, big ,big job pain in the @#%% !
