Talking Hi everyone. I am new to this forum and just bought a Country Coach.

We are so happy and excited!!

Our dream of owning a Country Coach has finally been realized.

We just bought our very first coach ever after lots of research and searching we made the leap into a 1998 32 ft. Country Coach Intrigue we purchased from Kanai Coach in Junction City Oregon.

Man, we can't say enough about Terry and Kellie, the owners of Kanai Coach.

They have really treated us so very well and we are so happy we went there.
It was a long trip from Chehalis Wa. but boy was it worth it.

They had lots of the older great quality shorter Country Coaches like what we were looking for to chose from and even let us stay on the lot and camp for three days in the coach we chose just to help us get a feel for the rig and make sure everything was working.
They told us anything that we found not working would be fixed and they have been true to their word.

Anything that we found not working right has been fixed and they even upgraded the battery bank that was working fine from lead acids to the ones that require no maintenance. New fresh water hose and sewer kit, a mat for the front door.

Had the rig checked out and serviced at Oregon motor coach.
They washed the rig inside and out, steam cleaned the carpet, Helped us to get a braking system installed on our toad and the rig and gave us the top of the line Road Master all terrain tow bar. We are now ready to tow our car. That alone saved us about a thousand dollars right there. Terry is really knowledgeable about Country Coaches and gave us the history and they were also full timers for 5 years and gave us all kinds of help and good advice.
We feel much more confident now about making the leap into a Diesel pusher.

I wanted the Safety plus installed between the front tires for blow out safety reasons and being newbies to driving a A class coach we feel it will give us some added peace of mind on the road.

They coordinated all of that for us so it is ready when we go to get it.

We also wanted to replace the Florescent fixtures with LED bulbs so they ordered them for us and he helped me install the first one so now I can go through and replace the rest when I want to.

Even after all of that they took us out to dinner and refused to let us pay the check, and they will be installing for us a new Samsung blue tooth speaker system to replace the older bose system that was acting up and new curtains to replace the stained ones in the cockpit next month. We feel like we have won the Dealership lotto.
If you stop by Tell them Wewander sent you.

We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality older Country Coach.

How cool is that?!! CONGRATULATIONS!

It's nice to hear about folks like Kenai who go the extra mile.

So welcome to the CC family and, um...there ARE pictures somewhere...right?

Congrats on your coach, we have a similar one , a 1997 32' Allure.... appears to be the same colors, but a little different graphics.

Enjoy,
Oh we met Terry and Kellie at Quartzsite this year, your right, very nice and knowledgeable. Terry came to our CC get together in the desert..

Congratulations! My DW and I bought our rig about 6 months ago, so we're also pretty new to CC ownership. We didn't buy from Kenai, but we would have if Terry had had the size we wanted at the time. He's definitely a great guy.

A few years ago we were headed north on I5 and pulled into the Rolling Hills casino, raining like crazy to spend the night. Just parked and there was a guy right at my window, looked like a drowned rat. It was Terry wanting to buy our coach. We talked for about 15 minutes about Country Coaches. Needless to say, we have become good friends.

As I said on one of your other posts
Join our local CC club, NWCC. I'm in Vancouver so not too far from you. I'm headed for Silver Lake RV Resort for a couple weeks over the July 4th week. My late wife and I favorite "local" campground.

Congratulations and Welcome to CC ownership! This a great forum with plenty of help and support from very knowledgeable owners.

We have owned our coach since 2001 and have just short of 200,000 miles on her. Your coach has good bones and should give you many great memories as you travel around!

Good luck and enjoy!!!

I understand the comment about 'slowly learning', I can barely get a post composed and uploaded... !

CONGRATS on your new wheels... Go use it, take your time learning her secrets, and please come back an post often. Ask a question when you need to, and answer a question when you can - that, is what this forum is all about!

Best to you,
Smitty
