Hurricane Furnace Voltage Drop??

My furnace won't ignite unless my battery voltage shows 13+ volts at the xantrex monitor but I am trying to figure out where I need to look.
I know the readout isn't the true voltage at the furnace. Really don't know where to check in the furnace.
Maybe a corroded connection at the battery?
I cleaned the "telephone wire" that plugs into the control panel.
BTY this is on my 2000 Intrigue

Happy & Safe Holidays and any ideas are appreciated.

I talked with Jim in ITR he confirmed that the unit requires 12.8v or above to work. Ours does work that way.

Attached is the schematic for the Hurricane control. On the bottom left is the 12vdc input, you can measure there. Another place to check for 12vdc is at the ignitor

I appreciate your input, thanks. I will see what I find when starting up the furnace.

I'm really thinking I need a better way to monitor the batteries.
