I have seen it in the past that newbies thought hurricane "working well" because they heard the noise and feeled the air out from blowers. But that didn't mean it's really working. When burner fails ignition, the panel on above entrance beeps once and the light stays red, and blowers continue running. The burner tries again in a few moments and beeps again... Total 3 times.
That I asked this was to make sure the OP knew what's going on. That's all. Guess OP got it resolved as he disappeared.
