Hurricane Heating Sytem Repairs
I have a 2003 Country Coach Allure. My Hurricane heating (water) system is not working. Can anyone provide me with a name/number for a repair facility near me? I live in Cocoa, Florida.

Try Brian at ITR: (360) 993-4877 or bbqlch@itrheat.com
itrheat.com is their website. Very helpful guys!
Sorry, I just re-read your post and you're looking for a repair facility. ITR can get you the parts to do an annual service or help diagnose your issue. Maybe call them first?

You might do better with guidance from members on here. One of our newer members and a friend of mine with a new to him Country Coach Intrigue that
has a Hurricane heater that was having issues also. He was referred to a service center and I think they new less than he did. Kept his Coach over a week and fixed nothing.

My hurricane heater was working but is not now. The unit turns on but then shuts down shortly after. I dont get any ignition to start the heating process. There is an error code that I can't read on the system due to the location of the unit in the bay it is all but impossible to read the code. No hot water for showers, cleaning dishes and no heat from the lower vents below the fridge.

Hurricane system just stopped working. I dont seem to get any ignition when it is turned on and shuts down quickly after. Im trying to figure out a way of reading the error code but am having trouble due to the location of the system in the bay where the system is located. Im very mechanically challenged so this is turning into a real problem for me.

It appears from your posting it may have working recently, is that the case?
All AC unit thermostats need to be set to "Furnace" you may already know that.
Next thing is how much diesel fuel is in the tank? On my coach diesel fuel must be greater than 50% to run generator and greater than 25% to run the furnace.
Can you use a mirror to see which error code light is on? Without a known code any advice would be flying blind.

In addition to all of above, it‘s known that fuel lines for Hurricane in that era tend to rot, fuel mixed with air. Some people replaced the fuel lines. Not sure about yours.

Without a code diagnosis is pretty much impossible. Don't you have a Hurricane remote upstairs? My O2 Magna does and It shows codes. If not take your phone maybe put it on video and stick it in there and show us the code then maybe we could help.

Richard at Creative Coach in Lakeland can repair most anything. Try calling Keith, the owner of Creative Coach, and ask him if Richard is available.

Just purchase 5 year rebuild kit from ITR, I was getting flame out code 7 after 5 seconds of running. I put unit in bypass mode and it would run. I really think the “eye’’ was bad seeing flame. I replaced all parts in kit and took burner assembly out and cleaned it well. Heater works great now. This is about a one hour job. https://youtube.com/playlist?list=PL2910FF0195174D31
