I have been trying to get in touch with HWH for the past several weeks And the game of phone tag is getting old. Is there AHWH contact on this board or remember reading about it?

Don't know whether or not we can help, we are going to HWH on Sept 27 on our way east to pick up a couple parts. If you are still having the problem at that time, let me know if there's anything we can do to help in person.

I've been waiting for a call back from the parts department for 3 weeks. I call every week to check, but still no call back.
Kinda disappointing

I see these numbers are for Paul Maddox in Arizona. Is one of them a cell number?
We're a day away from HWH and figuring on going there and asking for help. At this point don't know what else to do.

HWH is going to change our leaking pressure switch on the fly. Went to a truck stop and had another leak fixed yesterday.
This old girl is throwing a few challenges our way on this trip.

my number is 602 549 3638 its a cell number. if i dont answer, please leave me a message. dont just hang up. i seldom return hangups. i live in arizona, i am on pacific time right now, and will be on mtn time after the time change.
i dont need medicare advantage, a home warranty, or an extended warranty on my car. i dont have back taxes either.
i will accept publishers clearing house calls, for the 7k per week award.
my phone is never off, and i try to return all calls within a day. if i dont call you in two days, remind me.
i want to help. i have most service manuals. provide year, brand, and type of hwh system, and your email.
