HWH Travel Mode 2021

Two part question...
I have a '07 CC tribute 260. I have downloaded the HWH leveling manual and determined that the system pressure switch is closed and not allowing the HWH system to go into travel mode. Can anyone tell me where is this "system pressure switch" is located? All of the air bags will inflate "slowly" and the coach will attain ride height but the travel mode light will come on for a short duration while driving then go off again and of course it will light the warning light on the dash.

Also is the bottom output port of the water separator for the auxiliary HWH pump supposed to be loose? I don't see how it could ever build pressure if it is supposed to be that way.

Thank you for any help

Have you released the brake?

As mentioned in my similar thread on this topic, I am surmising that this air switch is one of those switches located in the front run bay beneath the driver's seat floor. I have yet to confirm but will be checking into this on my rig as well.

Which HWH model do you have? In the trouble shooting guide for the 500 Series in my 2000 Magna I don't see a reference to system pressure switch. There are pressure switches for each corner (RR, LR, RF, LF) each of which need to function properly in order for the system to work.

If I recall correctly it’s called a parking valve switch and that’s where I would start.

Just an update: while the troubleshooting guide makes no mention of the parking switch, it does appear on the schematic drawing. On mine it is wire #6000 at the control board. Apparently the system will not activate without ground being present at that location on the circuit board.

On my coach the parking switch is located along with the brake light switches up in the front compartment beneath the drivers seat. It is the center switch in the bottom row.

HWH System Pressure switch

I finally found it. There are two control manifolds that the solenoid valves are mounted on. The valves that control the filling and release of pressure to the air bags.
One is up front near the front air bags mounted up high and the second one is mounted up high in the rear of the unit up above the rear axle. It is the back manifold that has one extra device that is the system pressure monitor switch. Not super easy to reach and change out and of course the new one didn't come with the plug attached to the wires.

Sounds like you may be referring to the HWH "6 packs".
