Hydronic heating system
I have a 1997 Country Coach Affinity that has the Hydronic heating system.
I do not have any instruction on how to use this furnace and how to maintain the system. I have switch's in the bedroom that say Central Heat Control and Interior Heat Exchange. The a fan control switch.
In the front of the coach I have two switches for fan control, one for the front and one for the galley. Then I have a Comfort Climate Control Thermostat. How do I go about turning on this system and how would I maintain the system.
Thank you all for your input crew.

Set your thermostat to furnace not sure if both zone 1&2 need to be in furnace mode. Then in the bed room those two switches on. The fan control switches up front control the fan speed for the front and galley fan speed.

So this system is only for providing heat to the coach and not for heating hot water also like what my Aqua-Hot system provides?

Yes, this system would also heat the hot water tank and engine at the same time.
It takes the cooling system that cools the engine and heats it up and pumps the cooling system through the coach for heat.

I could not find an Aqua-Hot unit with that number, only a Webasto unit.
That's the reason for my question.
Obviously your Aqua-Hot unit has a model number which you had not posted. There are lots of manuals available for both operation and service of Aqua-Hot units.
You have already got access to the service manual for just the Webasto from a previous poster but there is a lot more to Aqua-Hot units besides the burner.

I started the Webasto but it shut of after about 2 minutes. It looks like it's not getting any fuel. The fuel filters have some air bubbles in them. How would I go about bleeding the system to get rid of the air bubbles.

Tim,
I had the same problem with my furnace. The fuel pump was pulling air into the system through the deteriorating fuel line. I replaced the the furnace fuel line and the problem was solved. After removing the old line and pressurizing it, l found it full of very small holes even though it looked new.
I would check all hose clamps first.

Mike,
That's the number I used for my Google search but the only thing that came up was the Webasto burner not the entire system including the hot water boiler.
Here is what you get with the Post #3 Webasto Thermosystem DBW 2010 model number search.
Here is the list of current and discontinued Aqua-Hot models. That number is not listed.
What am I doing wrong?

I believe page 17 in the link I provided above shows the heat exchanger. I never had to do anything to mine so I'm not to hip on it.
How did your home in Flager make out in the storm?
Our neighbor in port orange lost his pool cage we had no damage at all.

How much diesel fuel in your tank? If it's below 1/4 tank the pick up tube maybe sucking air and diesel.
