Installing Fass Pump on 2003 Allure
Working on installing a Fass pump on our 2003 Allure. I am mounting the pump near my primary and secondary filters and plan on installing the new fuel lines in same manner as I have seen others (TR4, Smitty) on this forum have done. My question is it seems to me that installing the new hoses or even changing my filters will allow air to get into my system and I was wondering if there is anyway to bleed the air out or is it necessary?. The new install caps off the fuel lines going to and from the original lift pump and I think there is a 3rd line from the original lift pump that returns to tank and thought that may have assisted air removal as it was higher. Now that those 3 lines are not part of the functioning system, is there a good high point or location to bleed air or does running the new fass pump push it all thru injectors?
Appreciate any insight
