Typically won't run too long after valve issue like that. Parts will end up on the road.

Mr D.....did they take engine out the back or lift coach up and take it out from under?

You guys think the 365's will be too much stress on one steering box ?

I negotiated on our purchase the cost of the motor upgrades. Turns out when Cummins NW tore down the motor the state was worse than thought. Repairs will be done this Friday and I look forward to many untroubled miles. BTW, coach only had 25K on it, biggest problem found was rust on the cam shaft and gears. I had everything replaced, don't want any troubles. I also picked up a two year warranty as part of the purchase.

I have 365's on our 09. I'm told the 09's with the 20K front ends have two steering boxes. Can anyone confirm?

$33,000+, although Cummins did pick up $10,400 of it so our cost was "only" $22,000.

Touch pad's not working is probably fuse. Run it down in compartment under drivers seat.

Congratulation on the new coach. We too have just purchased a new to us 09 Affinity. We will take delivery near the end of March as we gave the dealer a long list of things to do. A few of the main items were:
1. New tires all the way around
2. New TPMS on each tire
3. Install the Air Force One compressor for our toad
4. Install an electric brake controller as we may want to pull a trailer some day
5. Change the oil in the motor and generator with all filters including air and fuel
6. Change the transmission filter
7. Service the aquahot
8. Upgrade the TV to a Samsung 4K LED TV
9. Install an Apple TV unit
10. Install a RF Mogul controller on the Motosat
11. Upgraded the stereo to a new unit with Bluetooth for the phone and subwoofer for better over the road sound as well as XM Sirius and GPS
12. Install a cell booster
13. Install a WiFi Ranger
14. Install a wine rack to make enjoying this much more civilized
15. Change out the interior ceiling and all bay lights to LED
16. Install the Girard LED outdoor-lighting kit on both roof awnings
17. Change the outdoor door light to an LED fixture.
18. Install 6 new lifeline batteries
19. New water filter on coach and fridge
And the list does go on however mostly personal preference changes. I hope his gives you a few ideas.
Pretty good list, I would say!
I bought an 08 Affinity about two years ago and just sold it. One of the things that was needed on mine was several of the double pane windows were fogged up. Affinity has frameless windows and there are not that many places that can fix those. I had all of the windows redone in Florida with a 10-year prorated warranty - cost over $5K

In frame rebuild, block not removed from frame.
