My experience has been kind of hit or miss over the past five years. Sometimes he answers the phone; sometimes I have to hound him. Sometimes he answers texts too. I've expanded my network to include Kevin the parts guy at Premier, Scott and Jim at Source engineering and Greg Boots now works at Oregon Motorcoach.

Same as Fredward for me. For Kevin W. I've found texts usually work pretty well and in the fairly recent past email has worked also (kvn.wt.7629@gmail.com).
