Last production numbers?

Does anyone know the CC numbers for the last units produced?
My Magna is #6999 and I know the owner of 6998 (a Veranda).
Just trying to see how close we are to the end.

Thanks Cliff, that does have some answers but still murky due to moving them around on the production line!

From the number of problems I'm having I thought mine was the last off the line on a Monday and finished by the office staff!

Mr D - For sure, your coach was not only in the twilight years - you could almost visualize the arm of the last person starting to reach for the light switch. (Said with the utmost respect to all of the fine people who brought us CC's.).

One thing for sure, your (Almost all CC's!) has good bones, so once you sort out the issues - you'll be good to go until you buy a Marathon!

Interesting to read the numbers. I've always considered the Intrigue, with BIG CAT but the ISL was nice too, to be the sweet spot within the CC line up. In many years, you could option it out to be very close to a Magna. And while still a very nice coach, they did OEM stock wise come with all of the bells and whistles that the Magna's on up did. So, a bit more KISS, with less doodads to go wrong!

Seeing the production volumes of the Intrigue, seems like demand was pretty solid for them - so suppose others must have felt the same way too!

I really liked the earlier Concepts - such classic lines, and what coach CC built. And while most of the Prevost CC's had too much 'bling' for our tastes, sure do admire the mechanical combination. (Yeah, some has the rocket age electronics that now requires magical powers to service - but not all of them!)

We also came real close to getting my BIL onto a plane to go check out the Country Coach Class C that recently made there rounds on this, and other boards. (His DW wants a slide, so he followed the rule of Happy Wife!)

We walked thru about 15 Class A's a few months back. Newmar's/Entegra's/Tiffen's/Meridian's - and while did like the lay out of a few of the Entegra's (Anthem/Cornerstone, can't recall the model number.) and Mountain Aire from Newmar - we kept coming back to the simple basics of our Allure. And we felt our build quality and comparably 1/2 the costs of say the Cornerstone, and even less for an Essex - was better in many ways. And when you move up the food chain of the CC lineup - even more of contrast. Suppose that is why we like CC's. (To be fair, Foretravel's and Beaver's have some models that we feel are excellent RV's. While different, the Wander Lodge of old is pretty dang good too!

Oh well, enough of Smitty'izm's for now!

Best to you, and all. To you all, I hope you enjoy your CC's as still do ours!
Smitty

Glenn, one of the mechanics at OMC was hired by the company that was running the bankruptcy to take all the parts that were not installed and put them into the coaches that they were built for. So some of the those coaches went out somewhere else to get finished. I have no idea what the numbers were.

From Clifftall link above:

Magna, Affinity, Concept, and Lexa shared the same series of coach numbers and were often referred to as "plant 10 product" and the history is a bit fuzzy. The oldest record goes back to coach #4841, a 1992 40' Concept Capella. The oldest Magna is a 92 36' Prestige # 4876. The first Lexa was #6117 a 2003 model and the last and only 2004 Lexa built is #6351. In all an estimated 30 Lexas or less were built.

Not sure if that was what you were asking....

Brian

Well, I guess I should have clicked on the link. It seems like a company that had so much detail in their product and no record on the Coaches they built, seems strange.
