Left front popping while driving

Driving on the highway yesterday and during so noticed intermittent popping noise that sounds like it is coming from the under the dash and outside the vehicle. Best comparison of noise would be long notes of static pop on the radio. Which is what I thought it was at first until turning the volume down. I can't detect anything steering related. It drive fine. Any cc trouble shooting pears of wisdom appreciated.

Is it rhythmic, does it get faster and slower with the road speed?
Might just be wheel trim moving.

I driven this coach nearly 5k miles. Never heard this. Just took a look underneath. Extended gen slide. Everything tight and solid. I don't know if this is good or bad but it sounded like plastic creaking. I'll report back when I find it.

I had a recent noise that sounded like that and was so fortunate it turned out to be a rubber boot that must have fallen off the support bracket under the Ford Trition engine hood. Some foam, glue and electical tape fixed that friction of metal againgst the fiberglass engine hood.

There is a little black vacuum pump in the L front compartment that provides vacuum to the duct controls for the in dash HVAC while you are driving. Mine has started coming on intermittently. That will make a buzzing sound and I suppose if it comes on and off it could sound like a popping noise. Good Luck

That is a possibility and definitely in the vicinity of where this is occurring.

Upload the video to You Tube and then post the link to the video.
