Mineral stain on side of coach

While hooked up for a few weeks in a park in AZ over the winter, I discovered a small leak from the plastic drain plug on my water heater. Obviously the water pressure must have been higher than we normally see. It wasn't hard to fix the leak once I noticed it.

The problem: residual calcium/mineral traces on the outside of the coach where the warm water trickled down the side beneath the water heater vent. Is it safe to use white vinegar to remove, or is there a better option?

Thanks in advance--

White vinegar should be okay. You might first cut it 50/50 with water.

I regularly wash my coach with baby shampoo and white vinegar. It does a good job and doesn’t remove my wax.

I have used rubbing compound to remove stains from my coach’s finish. I rub it in by hand.

Mineral stain on side of coach

I just used this to remove water spots from the smoked glass windows above the passenger seat. Took it right off and I applied it by hand. It’s safe for paints and clear coat.

Thanks for the replies. I am going to try the vinegar to see if it will remove the calcium first. Meanwhile I will look for the Maguiars compound to clean up any residual stains or spots. Thanks again!

I have a stain left by the AC runoff. I have tried vinegar, a selection of polishes, etc and the stain has been there for 16 years. I gave up.
