No Display on my dash! YIKES!!!

Good morning travelers! I hope all is well and your are enjoying your traveling. We are experiencing some major issues with the computer display for our dash. I have some video and pics of what it is doing but not sure how to troubleshoot. The display normally comes up when the key is turned on but now what I get are a washed out version of the Country Coach logo and then it goes to vertical lines in color from top to bottom of the screen. When I got to the cabinet where the main computer is and move the connections around the boards I do get my normal display but it doesn't stay that way and goes back to the vertical lines. I tried to attach some pics of the display. Hope it uploads! Has anyone had any types of problems like this and if so, what did you do to correct it. I feel like the computer needs to reboot but I am not sure what to do. HELP!!! Thank you.

The digital dash is a mystery box to most of us. A call to Brian (ex CC electrical guru) at his company Coach Solutions http://coachsolutions-rv.com might be helpful - remember his time is his business and there may be a charge for over the phone troubleshooting.

Another option is Eric Olstrom in Tucson or Premier or Oregon Motorcoach Center in Junction City.

Hope this helps
Brian.

You can also reach out to Silverleaf directly. They get back pretty quick and have repalcment dash units available for your VMS

Good luck
