Norcold Refer Won't Turn On

Wife turned it on yesterday while on shore power, I unplugged to pull out of garage to wash and plugged it back on! Unplugged to put back in garage and plugged back in and when I walked by the outside compartment, I noticed it wasn't running! Powers on to the couch but now it won't run now! I've washed the coach multiple times and avoid spraying water into the outside vents but could something have gotten wet and now won't turn on? That module I believe that was installed during the recall has a red LED light on but that's it! Any ideas?

The red light on the recall box indicates an over-temperature condition, and has shut off 12VDC to the refrigerator control board, which effectively disables operation.

First, closely inspect the cooling unit for any signs of refrigerant leaking, wet spots, yellowish powder, cracks in the steel tubing or boiler, etc.
If none are found, the recall box may be (unauthorized action) reset by passing a strong magnet across the top of the recall box. If it trips out again, DO NOT reset it a second time! Have the frig professionally inspected and tested this time.

Could happen. On our prior Bounder, the recall box tripped after a severe rainstorm had winds blowing the rain hard against that vented cover. Used the magnet to reset it come morning, after things dried out.

YEP..........

You got the Recall Box (circuit board) WET and it tripped (RED LIGHT ON is tripped condition)

As suggested check burner area for any yellowish residue or signs of leak.
Reset the Recall Box by using a strong magnet placed against the front of box near top and slowly move it back/forth listening for a click (reed valve resetting---RED Light OFF)

The Recall Box is attached to absorber tube with clamp....simple/easy place to mount.
TILT the Face of Box DOWNWARD. Helps keep moisture out of the open slot on face
