Not QUITE that simple where I live. They're still 3 hours away from me, but doable

"About the only thing left we'd like to do is replace the gold shower enclosure with brushed nickel."
We just did that, you do not have to have OMC do it. We went to the glass place in our home town and they came, measured, and a few weeks later installed a new enclosure the same exact measurements as the old one. We did switch the way the door swung open. I saved $150 by removing the old one and they hauled it off for free.
When you replace all the fixtures, if you have a Moentrol valve in the shower, it is a very simple thing to just replace the surrounds, you do not have to replace the entire valve. You can get parts at the local bog box store or do like we did and go to a plumbing supply house. That way you can match the toilet paper holder, towel bars etc.

Yep! OMC has my praise too! They've done a great job working on my coach several times.

smlranger - The Country Coach factory re-clear coated my upper radius two summers ago. They did a very good job and the price was good. It was about the same time we ran into you there. I have no idea about OMC as we have not used them.

Bob, I may still use CC. The compartment door replacement and paint work they did for me in 2014 was excellent, as was everything else they did.
I sent OMC a question via their 'Contact Us' feature on their website over a week ago and they have not responded. That is not creating a great first impression, regardless of what everyone says about them.

I have had the same issue with using the web. I am going to see Jim at OMC this morning and mention to him I am not the only one. I will post his reply after our visit.

Well, I stopped in this morning and talked to Jim Cooley at OMC. He said he would check in to the web server to see if there is something wrong. He apologized as it was not something he likes to hear. It was indicated to me that they have had some work done lately on the server. I would suggest that you call and leave a Voice Message for Steve in the parts department.
