I stand corrected. I was interpreting the Chelsea part numbers for the 267 PTO incorrectly. From what you point out it must be the last 2 characters of the part number that allows for the greaseable option and more. The wet kit is selected by the 8th character. My PTO is an RF and could have been a GF.

As far as my coach I don't see anything in the service logs about it, but it's something that could have been done without recording. I've put 30K miles on it myself, without lubing, so that's all I can attest to.
