Thumbs down Ride Height for 2008 Affinity

I just purchased a 2008 Affinity. I am having problems with the alignment and ride height. I have a few questions.

1. What is the proper ride height?

2. What is the proper place to measure?

3. What caster, camber, and toe in measurements will achieve self centering.

4. What are the best places to get alignment in Southeast?

Thanks for the help on this.

Ted, there is a Country Coach Owners group on Yahoo that has some very knowledgeable members and also, as members, some former Country Coach techs who are active in assisting in answering questions. You may have good luck finding your answers there. At least someone in that group might be able to send you in the right direction for answers in your location.

The ride height for my old rig is described in the suspension section of my CC chassis manual. I believe the alignment data are there also.

My CC is on a Gillig Chassis so manuals may be different.

If you are any where near the Orlando area call JOSAM. They are experts on CC ride height and alignment. They sell the alignment equip others use. Great folks

I believe this will be close without specific info on your coach.

Affinity W/Tag:
(2000 - 2003 Models)

Front: 8 5/8 inches; bag height
Rear: 8 inches; bottom of frame rail to bottom bag mounting plate.
Tag: Dependent on rear axle measurement
