Look in the bathroom cabinet and get the serial number for the installed safe and call Pheonix safe co.
They will walk you through how to open the safe and then you can set your own combination to your liking.
When I got my Country Coach, I did this and it worked fine.

Thanks Dale C. I'm heading over to the coach today and see what is what. This is the same safe that you sent the site for.. At least I now have a start point.

Hi Everyone. Just a note to say thank you to everyone on this site for the "Great advice". I finally, through your efforts, found out that the safe is sold by The Phoenix Company but made by a Korean company. Today Sharon of The Phoenix Company walked me through the steps and got into the safe. Hooray!!!!

When we were at the Country Coach office, they told us in conversation that they do not keep the combinations or information on vaults for security reasons. We had the same problem with our '94 Affinity. We were told we would have to contact the manufacturer of the safe. If you have the book on your RV, it should have the name of the manufacturer as well as the serial number of the safe, which they can help you reset the combo on over the phone.

My safe was locked when I got the coach, looked through all the papers, nothing scribled down anywhere, instructions on fireproof hatch say All numbers are factory set to 50-50-50 then take it to your locksmith to have them reset to personal choice,
I called the original owner and he said he wrote down the combo and put it INSIDE the safe, well someone had spun the dial, at least I know it's empty so there is no rush to see what treasures awaited. I moved to Alabama from Huntington Beach, CA, I was surprised when I looked at the safe, my nephew still lives in Huntington Beach, and is a LOCKSMITH !, weird.

You guys are GREAT! I didn't have the combo for the safe in my Magna and the former owner would not tell me. (He lost it to the bank). Phoenix safe, now I can call for help.
THANKS!

So does anyone know if our 1993 Magna has a safe? I have looked around a little and nothing yet. I don't see a reference to it on the bath cabinet. Help, Joe
