I changed mine from the factory default but it's probably not good as I haven't changedvthe batteries in a couple years now. Nothing in it so I'm not too worried. Guess I should check it but it's hard to get to with the slides in and no room to open them when beside the house right now.

I’ve removed mine three times now. Once you’ve taken it out a few times, you know where to look for all the screws. Mine is the original in the corner of the closet. It takes me about ten minutes to remove. Yours might be more secure.
