Got the safe opened last night and found out that the factory sent the wrong combination with the safe. It was completely different from what was sent with the safe. Had to drill the safe to open it up and then changed the combination and then plugged the hole with some very strong metal plug with epoxy on top of it. The gears are made of nylon and really doesn't work that will when your turn the knob around, king of stiff turning not like brass gears would be. Thank you for all of you inputs. Have a great day

The safe has a factory set combo and instructions for setting it yourself so a po could have changed it.

Also of note the wheels may get gummy so be sure lock cover is opened up and all is well when open.

Two marks on front but one is real and other is pointer.

Sile combo to left marker then after last number is on left marker turn towards right marker to unlatch...at least that is how ours works.
