Shower door adjustment

We have a 2006 Magna and I'm having troubles with the shower door. It seems to be off just a little so the spring loaded clips at the bottom of the door won't stay in the track as it opens and closes. I've tried to adjust the rollers on the top of the door, but they don't seem to have any room to move. What am I missing. Thanks as always for the help.

I'm curious about this as well. One of my guides always at the bottom always pops out. spring seems good and the lip seems to have a good grip on the track on the actual door

Have had the similar problem. It is easily fixable. Remove the cap on the roller(s) and adjust the elliptical cam inside the roller. Start off aligning the door frame with the door closed and the clips in place at the bottom. Also, check that the plastic strip on top of the tube frame is not worn or damaged and causing the problem.

If plastic clips are worn or broken is there somewhere to get replacements
Sounds like you may have had to do that

I had to get some parts for our door. I went to EBay searched for Cesana door parts. There is a business in Italy that sells what they have. Note they are pretty pricey. One of our rollers at the top had a lot of play in the bearing, I replaced it and adjusted it and it is OK now.
A likely reason your door may not adjust high enough is the rail it rides on is sagging a bit. This rail is not easy to replace.

We now travel with ours fully open, with a bungee holding it. Travelling with it closed stresses that top rail.

I had the same problem with the curved Cessna shower door in my 1999 Affinity. I replaced the rollers @ $100 each and it still was not working right because the support bar was sagging. On a trip last July the support bar broke off in transit. Fortunately, I had a passenger to go back and check what the loud noise was and found the door hanging by the vinyl strip. The support bar was in the floor of the shower and miraculously, the door was not broken. When the support bar is sagging, the internal brackets on either side are actually cracking and will eventually break. I bought the brackets from the Italian dealer on eBay and was able to replace them by flexing out on the frame.
I was traveling with the door closed. This puts too much weight on the support bar and it will eventually fail. I found out that Newell offers a plastic bracket that will lock the door in the open position. I believe it was $15 plus shipping. Problem solved.
