Silverleaf Dash Replacement-upgrade?
I have a VMS 616 and its display quality isn't that good so would like to upgrade it.
The jast Silverleaf display I see is the VMS 747 V4. Not sure if available or a option.
Silverleaf shows a VMSpc Engine & Transmission Monitor using a Windows-based PC tablet or notebook. Software is free but you buy the adapters.
Also found the Blue fire app its free, that can be used on a Tablet.
Just buy the dongle
So anyone upgraded to any of these ?
Other options?

I did change the dashboard lights to LED's that helped. We have a VMS400 witch is I believe it discontinued. I have switched to the VMS program and really like it, If it happens I would love to get Version 5. The pc version allows me to monitor so I don't have to ask my DW (driver) whats going on. I would love to get the Glass Dash buts it a little pricey.

I couldn't find a price on the newest VMS 747 V4..
How are you monitoring the info?

I was looking to update our silver leaf. Best thing is to call them and tell them what you have and what you want to achieve.

Yes sir, planing to do that but I'd like to see what if anything others have done and how its worked for them. Knowledge from others is always good to acquire.

I have the same glass dash as you, not as nice or as adjustable as the VMSPC on a tablet, but tablet will not read air pressures. I did call Silverleaf a couple of years ago and asked what the newest model screen would cost. they said they have to replace many of com.boxes as well as the screen. Around $4000 and coach would be at their shop for 2 or 3 days.

Well updating to the latest screen is to costly at well over $4k.
So going to keep it and maybe also use the Bluefire app, nicer looking display. Then split screen to gain the extra info I want and have Nav at the same time...still thinking about that.
May try the VMSpc kit ...depends on how I like the above.
I will be changing to the latest Coach monitor panel the HMS365, much better screen and will tie into my new SeaLevel tank monitor system.
One question does CAT data include the Radiator fan info? Silverleaf doesn't show it.
