I should note in my case I got fortunate and did not have to loosen the hydraulic lines or remove the cylinders.

Yes, I read your thread on the bent pin before. I wish it would be behind the curtain as it would make like easier. In my situation, the left side does not extend until the right side moved out about 2-3 inches. On yours, I'm figuring every thing moved at the same time, but your lower right cylinder stopped abruptly when it hit the pin. That is why they wanted me to move the lines on the synchronizing cylinder to see if the problem switched sides. When I have the rods disconnected on the cylinders, they move at the same time and distance. I have measured the lengths at different intervals, and they all travel in and out at the same time and at the same lengths. When I reconnect them to the slide, the left side acts up. It's a great system as long as it all works correctly. I will post more detail as I figure this problem out.

PS, I see our two Field of Dreams are not that far apart serial number wise.

My issue was the top forward train where the pin was bent.

I wonder if the coach floor plan "Field of Dreams" is due to you dinette and mine "Suite of Dreams" just has a table?

Build numbers are close for sure.

Your resolution should be interesting.

My error on the signature and my memory. LOL. It's a Suite of Dreams with a custom factory dinette seat. I know that as the emergency slide retraction winch is bolted to the floor under the rear facing dinette seat and not where it normally hooks up, which I believe is on the wall somewhere. Took me a while to figure that out when I first bought the coach. Keep looking for that winch. I thought I needed to replace it till finally I removed a drawer and found it. You have to take the seat plywood off to use. Long-winded to help others if needed.

As it turns out, my problem was also a bent pin on the left upper train. It was, in my case, the last hinge pin that connects to the wall mount bracket. I did not see it until I tried to get the cylinder out of the front mounting assembly. After feeling around in the dark, I found it. I can tell you it was interesting getting that pin out of that tight hole as it was stuck and required a lot of thinking out of the box to make it happen. This also cause an internal o-ring failure in the cylinder. It is all removed and ready for shipment tomorrow. I think I'm lucky compared to others, as HWH has a hinge pin available. One pin, two brass rollers and four split rings. The cylinder is off for rebuild.
