We have the dreaded Aqua Hot 525D (with Beckett Burner), which is no longer supported by the manufacturer. It works fine, but blows smoke. We have had professionals perform the regular service and a multitude of other attempts to fix it. I am wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

We have had the same problem. Carefully adjusted the igniter probes, cleaned the combustion chamber and no more smoke. We also have the 525d and it works great for us. Will be at the LVM resort in October, can help you if you are still having problems.
