Check connections, especially ground, as first step.

Have you driven it since it stuck? Mine has done that same thing probably 4 or 5 times. Every time it has done it, when I get moving up around 35 MPH or so, it has started functioning properly.

Ah! They call that a 'Pre Trip Puzzle!'...

And the 'Joy's of problems that go away!'. And the uncertainty of when they may return...

Travel safe, and hope this one was a 'one off'!

Firedan - Did you happen to notice at what speed it went back to normal? Did it correct its self the first time you reached that speed?

I kind of suspect having the speedometer acting like that is not a good thing, I would suspect it is giving us a warning something not good might be around the corner.

Thoughts anyone?

I had this too, and when I turned the ignition to on it would cycle in reverse, back to zero then up to the peg again. I fixed it by turning on the key until it spun back to zero then I turned the key off. That reset it to correct behavior.

Well, I've had a number issues with all 3 of my gauges, including a stuck speedometer (at 25). Haven't been able to resolve - although I was told it could be a issue with the Data Control Unit - that is in the speedo. Unfortunately, I cannot get the tech department at Medallion to return emails or calls. I was told "repairs are not a priority".
