How many of you have had the main control board in their Splendide 2100XC fail?

Mine failed........when a open neutral in the campground power post allowed over 200 volts surge into the motorhome.

Mine failed. Discussed with Splendide, they sold me a new board and easily replaced it.

In my original Splendide (~2012) the main board failed after ~3 months. It was replaced under warranty and we had no problems for the next 7 years. We replaced the Splendide in 2019 after the main bearings failed.

I had 2 board fails on the one in our prior '06 Bounder. Haven't had our Phaeton long enough yet for this one to crap out yet.

Still using our original Splendide with only a belt replacement after 16+ years. We use it a lot, and are pleased to have it available. Safe travels

FWIW we have been quite pleased with our new Splendide even though it was the exact same unvented model as we had before. The drying performance is significantly better which leads me to think that there was lint inside the old machine even though we had had it opened up and "professionally" cleaned not all that long ago. Sometimes, you get used to something and don't realize that its performance had degraded.

Mine failed in the weirdest way. At the end of the cycle, it goes (loud) click-click-click-click-click. Then the door stays locked. The only way to open it is to start cycle again, then shut of and pull on door on about the fourth click and bingo, door opens. I have a new board under warranty but haven't put it in yet.

We have the stacked units but with the first washer the board was dead right out of the box and the replacement washer's board was dead after 2 uses. Third time's the charm apparently. Been working for 2 years.

I had one fail for unknown reason while under warranty. Talked with tech support to diagnose and they gave me the option of taking it to a dealer or they would send me the board. I did the replacement as I didn't want to wait weeks for a dealer. Instructions said to got through the back but I found it easier to come from under.

I think many of these boards cannot handle reasonably normal voltage and frequency variations for some reason that doesn't affect any other boards in my coach. I gradually started getting the dreaded all lights flashing. Over a year or two they would flash longer and longer and finally all the time and that was the end of it. I got a new board and after eight months I'm getting a little bit of all lights flashing.

Are you sure you aren't confusing "all lights flashing" with the well-known Splendide F13 fault that has absolutely nothing to do with the main board? The F13 fault is correctable using a "flushing" procedure that has been discussed many times on this forum.
When my board failed it truly failed; it gave one, very specific, error code and then died totally.

Mine failed after nine years use. Odd thing was everything was working fine when I put it to bed for the winter but failed when we went to use it the first time in the spring. Easy fix except for getting the unit out of the cabinet by myself.
