Stock radio/monitor update?

The original Panasonic radio/rear camera monitor still works but does not have any auxiliary input jack or USB port to allow connection to a phone. The resolution on the rear camera is not very good and the folding screen looks like it will break any time.

What is everyone doing to replace the radio and how do you display the rear camera?

I'm sure there are lots of radio options but the camera connection has me concerned.

I chose an Alpine unit with Apple Play. The unit had an input for video ( camera) and also letís me use google from my phone for a map, while listening to XM or Sirius and lets me have Audible for books while driving. Nice unit and I like the larger screen.

We also installed an Alpine with a tractable head and GPS (don't use this function), video and audio inputs. It was about 10 years old by now, no doubt a up to date unit would have much more robust functions.

I am not sure what your dash looks like but I was able to install a Kenwood DNX571TR by lowering the Silverleaf down. Some bracket work was needed but this provides radio, Truck nav. Hands free cell and rearview in one unit.

I got mine at Crutchfield

Thanks everyone. Looks like camera is just a generic input so will work on any media equipped unit. Alpine iLX-W650 Digital multimedia receiver (does not play CDs) is $299 on Crutchfield and on my shopping list.
