Trimark paddle door handle
Does anyone know the exact part number/model of the replacement outer Trimark "paddle" door handle used on 02 Magnas and Affinity's with PTL doors. It is not the same as other models folks. If your door doesn't look like this, don't bother to tell me about your Trimark handle.

Not meaning to be rude, but most CC's use Trimark handles. Already, in a related post, a very nice member posted pictures and instructions for a Trimark that is totally different. Trying to avoid a dozen people going to the trouble. Magna's and Affinity's of this vintage with PTL doors have a rather unusual system and use an unusual Trimark paddle.

It did sound pretty rude.
One of my buddies has the same coach and replaced lots of hardware, including the entry door inside and out.

chboone,
Now you've done it. If your response to the OP's admonishments does not match the insisted-upon criteria, well....... THUNDERATION!!
otoh, that website is well laid out and should be an asset for most RV'ers, but not all RV'ers. Pretty comprehensive considering how many different styles are offered.

Oh well, another 6 years before I will have to do this again. IAs far as I can see, it would be next to impossible to use a modern keyless entry with a built in dead bolt. Would require major mods anyway.

Just to demonstrate how serious these Trimark failures can be: Here is what the Trimark did today: It jammed the door locked. I was locked out. Luckily I left a window open. There was no other way but to cut a hole in the door panel to access the lock mechanism. I will be discussing this situation with Trimark next week. Where am I going to find a new door panel?
