Looks great. I will be doing flooring before too long. I think I have decided that the LVP is the way to go.

Thanks! I had installed engineered wood and laminate in my houses before this projects, I can honestly say that good vinyl planks have advantages over others overall and the easiest to install. For DIYers, vinyl (including rigid core) is worth looking at.
