I have a water leak behind the panel where the city hookup is located. I can remove the 2 handles, remove screws to the city hookup but what about the outside shower, I see nothing to unscrew. It leaks when on city water or if I just have the pump on. I have removed the side panels and looked behind using a mirror, lots of pipes.
So has anyone had to remove this panel, just getting tired of the drip.

I am sure you have a more fancy utility compartment than my old 1995 version.

I have removed the panel that covers the shore water connection.

Inside is the water pump, several solenoid controlled valves and some plumbing.

I only needed to test a solenoid and observe the type of the OEM water pump.

There are things that will leak in there.

Thanks for the reply. Mine is a lot different. The water pump is in the open not the problem. It is where the city hookup is because it drips down from that location. Just need to remove that front panel cover, drips into a bowl have to dump in about 2 days.
Mine is the same as photo in line 9

That set up is not vastly dissimilar from that on our Allure 430 - 2005 - if I am looking at the correct picture ??

I was able to remove the two lower plastic panels - either side of the black and grey dump handles

I was also able to remove the two higher (square) plastic panels (either side of your shower and city water connection) - it required temporarily removing some of the mounting screws for the large connections panel to free the end panels - I replaced these screws once the ends and main panel was free

Further screw removal allowed me to remove the thinner, much larger panel around the heavier panel on which the connections and shower are mounted - because of the many holes in it, the large panel is flexible and bends gently to remove from the bay

I did not / it was not necessary to remove the panel on which the shower / city water connection is mounted - and you really do not want to disconnect all that pipework / connections

This provides great access below and to the sides of the connections panel

I found that many of the finger nuts that keep the pipe work connected to the complex fittings were less than finger tight - these tighten on rubber washers so do not over tighten

I was surprised how many of the connections were not tight - all tightened and the leak that had plagued us (and the two previous owners!!) cured

The time to remove / install all the individual panels from around the connections panels is a PITA

Once all the surrounding panels are removed and you can (almost) climb in behind the panel you should be able to identify from exactly where the offending water is emerging - I was able to get head in there to look up behind without the need for mirror

If it is like ours, when you look up behind you will see that the city water connection has a pressure valve built into it - the pipework then feeds to the two, completely separate, complex directional brass valves (seen below and to the side of the city water connection) each of which has a multitude of similar finger nuts connecting the pipework

The panel refit is a slow reverse of the dismantle

I just removed my panels, removed all the screws and puled everything forward until I could see where a small drip was coming from. The Surflo pressure regulator that is part of the water inlet needed to be taken apart and screwed back together ..TIGHT..

OK, thanks for the feed back. I will look at in the coming weeks if the weather gets better and get some water in it.

The outside shower may have ring nuts under the handles that hold the trim/whole assembly to the panel. The handles may come off with a screw under the removable centre cap?

Thanks Brian. Hope to get water in it soon because I need to get the car set up to tow. It's 125mi trip, one way N on I-5 or 125mi S on I-5
