I have a 2000 Country Coach Magna and want to buy a spare water pump for it. What brand and model have you guys used to replace the original?

What pressure is the current pump pushing? Don't want higher pressure that could prompt leaks.

Also be ideal to replace with same Gallon Per Minute rating.

I used a FloJet Quiet Quad pump to replace the OEM pump. I do not know if the original was that model since I did it about 10 years ago.

I had a couple of those Remco Aquajets. They are fantastic as long as they work, but they don't work that long and they are not repairable, so I switched to a good Shurflo. It needed a $5 part after some years and it works perfectly.

My Intrigue might have come with a Shurflo from CC - there was a used one in the parts box, but the working one was a Flojet when I got it in 2011. A few years later I had to replace it with another Flojet, It has been good.

Due to the plumbing reason, better look up what is in your bay and get the same make and model, for a direct replacement at the time of a need.

It is a Aquatec 5.3 GPM

Here is my re-plumed pump.
Kohler Flo pump, 5,5 GPM @55PSI for $65.00 on Amazon.
Had it for over a year now, and it's quiet and working well.

Same here, I replaced mine about four years ago. It was what I had on my coach when I acquired it and I suspect it was also the original model for my coach. It works fine.

OP, we do a lot of dry camping at times, reasonably conserving water, and I wouldn't want a high-GPM model like you currently have.

Just a note Remco has their warrantee based on DATE OF MANUFACTURE not purchase date. I luckily bought a spare for a trip to Alaska and needed it. It failed after about 4 weeks. creating the need to purchase another. Neither Camping world nor Remco stood behind it with purchase receipt in hand. There is an advantage in having the spare same type as your existing pump in that it makes replacement much easier on the road. I was able to repair the pump and now carry it as a backup.

We just bought an Aquajet 5.3 gpm 65psi pump from camping world as our old one(same model) was 12 years old but still running well. The new one is quiet and runs great. Easy hook up as the fittings have not changed. Paid about $220 for it and saved the old for backup.

I carry a spare of my Flojet pump. Cheap and easy insurance against having our water supply disrupted by a pump that wears out.

Our Aquatec (5503-4v15-b636) took a crap, so I'll be replacing it. We have an '03 Magna, and of course, the fresh water is full. Is there no shut off to change the pump out? Assuming not, how did you guys plug the tubing while you did the change out?

No way to do it with a full tank on mine. We emptied the tank, and some water did leak out from the lines, but not bad. I believe you will have to empty your tank. Check the fuse first, maybe the pump is not totally dead yet.
